Dimension-x is also vast in resources. There have been many times that the turtles thought they saw the last of shreddar and krang. In each case, they were sadly mistaken. With General Tragg still in Dimension-X and with krang's army of rock soldiers, it's very possible that at the minimum, Krang could reclaim dimension-x and make another technodrome, if no something more powerful.
