A Splinter Question! Posted by Optimus Prime on 8/18/2001, 2:27 pm 64.12.103.184 I have a question about Splinter. I know in the movie, it said Splinter was always a rat. The ooze just gave him a lot of special abilities!! In the cartoon, for some reason I remember that Splinter was once a man, and the ooze turned him into a rat. Is that correct? I'm uncertain....
