    Our story begins inside the secret underground police station SECTION 13 run and operated by Captain Black somewhere in San Francisco.  Black, Uncle Sheng and Splinter are addressing their fellow warriors Jackie Chan, Jade, Tohru, Venus De Milo, Raphael, Donatello, Michaelangelo and Ninjara all seated around the conference table in the ready room similar to the Star Trek briefing room.
 
BLACK
    Jackie, Turtles, Jade, Tohru.  I have some special news to tell you, about one of you that is.
TOHRU <Curious>
    Who?
BLACK
    Venus the shinobi mistress.
VENUS <Caught by surprise>
    Me?  What did I do?  I'm not in trouble with the law am I?
SPLINTER
    No you're not my dear. <Assures her> He didn't say that.
BLACK
    Of course not, <Smirks, tries not to laugh> that is why you're getting this.
VENUS <Puzzled>
    Sorry but I do not understand.
DONATELLO
    And you don't lead either.  Leo does but he's gone.
MICHAELANGELO
    I miss our great leader of the pack.
UNCLE SHENG
    Aye-yi-yi.  I had no idea he was the honored leader or chosen one.
JADE
    Or me neither uncle. <Puzzled>
SPLINTER
    Hehehehehe, ahahahaha.
JACKIE CHAN
    What are you laughing at?  I didn't find that amusing.
RAPHAEL
    Who asked you stuntman?
NINJARA
    Leave it Ralph, <Cautions him> let's not fight.
RAPHAEL
    Who's fighting vixen?
JACKIE CHAN
    It's cool, we're not fighting.
NINJARA
    That's cool. <Grins>
BLACK
    Can we get back to the subject please? <Frowns>
SPLINTER
    Oh yes, right.
JADE
    By the way...what is the deal with Venus?
SPLINTER
    You know how you are homeless.
VENUS
    Yes...<Thinks back> Ever since I ended up being washed down the drain so to speak and never knew my brothers existed until I ran into them eons later.  And they never knew I was their sister with magic powers of mind control.
DONATELLO
    Whoa, a turtle who controls people's minds.
MICHAELANGELO
    Totally radical!
RAPHAEL
    Not, <To himself> I wonder how she learned those skills?
VENUS <Continues>
    I was taken in by a martial artist master from China and he taught me how to learn the powers of Shinobi and use it wisely to fight against evil and protect myself from evil and help others in need.  Then tragically my sensei passed away from a heart-attack and I failed to save him from death. <Tears in her eyes> But I'll never forget his last dying words he said to me..."Remember my young padewan apprentice, you are now a true master of Shinobi, mind control.  Use your skills wisely and carefully in your war against evil, not to be wasted foolishly for personal gain.  It will protect you from evil and help you fight against your enemies.  Always use your powers to help others in need whether they require your assistance or not...Be strong and brave and never forget me" and then he was gone and I was alone again.
 
    De Milo starts crying to herself as Jackie, Jade, Tohru and others look on in helpless fashion for they too know the story well of the Shinobi mistress and her quest to discover her true origin-identity and her real family.
 
UNCLE SHENG
    It really must be hard for you to lose someone whom you looked up to as a single parent or guardian who cared & loved you until he passed on.
VENUS DE MILO
    I know, but I have gotten over that pain & grief, put it behind me for now.  Now I have completed my quest and found where I really belong...here with my brothers and sensei.
SPLINTER
    Yes, you are like a daughter to me though I never saw or heard of you when I first discovered 4 baby turtles outside my front door in the sewers long ago covered in a glowing green ooze and accidentally touched them causing their metamorphosis process to transform into mutant humanoid forms and I to morph into a talking rat.
JACKIE CHAN
    Wow, poor Hamato Yoshi, banished from the Foot Clan by his own evil twin brother Oroku Saki who wanted to get rid of him so he would take over the clan.
SPLINTER
    That is correct, Saki and I were twin brothers in Japan.
 
    This makes Don, Mike, Ralph & Ninjara to gasp-gawk in open mouth, wide eyed expressions on their faces.
 
ALL 3 TURTLES
    YOU AND SAKI ARE BROTHERS?!!
NINJARA
    Good grief!
JADE
    Whoa!  I never knew that.
TOHRU
    Nor did I. <Shocked, stunned>
SPLINTER
    Aye, I was the oldest sibling while Saki was the youngest sibling.  It was he who schemed to get me in trouble with grandfather the head sensei of the Dojo Academy where I trained my fellow students to become Foot Soldiers.  And it worked!  I was accused of attempted murder on grandfather but I was innocent and yet no one believed me...in the end I was banished from Japan all-together as a outcast & traitor to my own family and was forced to live in America.
JACKIE CHAN
    And then you made pets with 4 turtles in the sewers until they were exposed to the mutagen and became mutant ninjas.
UNCLE SHENG
    But your brother is still trying to kill you although he does not know you have been mutated by the ooze into a talking rat in disquise.
SPLINTER
    Aye, that's true.  Shredder will not stop until he has succeeded in destroying me and my students so he can rule the world.
JADE
    But he has formed the Syndicate with Valmont, Black Tiger, Lord Krang, Professor Nimnul (Twin Brother of Baxter Stockman), and ShenDu the sorcerer from another dimension.
VENUS
    That mutant dragonlord who once tried conquering a Chinese dynasty until he was defeated by a more powerful wizard and banished into a dimensional prison, his powers scattered throughout the Earth.
 
    Wanting to get back to the situation at hand the captain whistles loudly making all heads turn towards him.
 
BLACK
    Ahem, excuse me. <Whistles> We were discussing about Venus here? <Once he has their attention> Thank you...De Milo, how would you like to live with the BIG MAN himself.
VENUS <Confused>
    Who's the BIG MAN?
 
    That brought giggling snickers from the others around the table.  All except Ninjara and Jade who frown suspiciously.  They wonder why everyone is laughing at the shinobi mistress.
 
UNCLE SHENG
    He means me, you are honored to live at my giftshop apartment in ChinaTown and help in my business of selling-buying-trading antiques.
VENUS
    Would I?  You bet, of course I will.  I accept your offer. <Bows>
SPLINTER
    That settles that discussion.
BLACK
    Thank goodness. <Sighs> I thought it would never end.
UNCLE SHENG
    And Donnie brought up a good idea.  Who should the new leader be.
RAPHAEL
    Do we really need one?
SPLINTER
    Yes.  But if you don't want one as much, you could switch off.
DONATELLO
    Works for me sensei.
JACKIE CHAN
    Sounds OK to me.  So who's voted the new leader?
 
    He then notices all eyes staring his direction and it surprises the stuntman.  He cannot believe he has been chosen.
 
JACKIE CHAN
    What? <Surprised> Wait a second, hold on! <Jabs finger at himself> Me?
JADE
    Cool, Jackie the new leader of the pack.
TOHRU
    Wowsers! <Mimics Inspector Gadget> This ought to be fun. <Grins>
ALL 3 TURTLES
    JACKIE, JACKIE, HE's OUR MAN.  IF HE CAN'T DO IT, NO ONE CAN!
VENUS & NINJARA
    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH!!! <Laugh uncontrollably>
UNCLE SHENG
    Why the surprised look nephew?  You should be proud to be chosen.
JACKIE CHAN
    But uncle, I didn't know I was being picked.  Why not Tohru, or Ninjara, or...
NINJARA
    Well, I would like to lead the team but...maybe I'll settle for 2nd In Command.
JACKIE CHAN
    Really? <Changes tune> Oh, in that case.  I accept the responsibilty of leader.
EVERYBODY
    YAAAAAAAAAY!!!
VENUS
    Now we need an assignment.
BLACK
    And I have just the one, listen up troops.
 
    As the captain spoke the lights dim and the projection machine switches on with a 3D diagram of the Earth showing the state of California.
 
BLACK
    It appears the Syndicate have been reported somewhere in Southern California near the city of Anaheim & Los Angeles.  I have a funny feeling Valmont, Shredder, Krang and the Darkhand forces are up to something BIG but at the moment we have no clue whatsoever of their location or their purposes.
SPLINTER
    Yet they may be heading for Anaheim to cause trouble or danger to innocent victims.  Their location is...
NINJARA <Finishes for him>
    In other words they are near DisneyLand?
JADE
    DisneyLand?  The Magic Kingdom.
JACKIE CHAN
    Oh no! <Panics> Not the #1 theme park in California where children and parents go to have fun together!
TOHRU
    Good grief!  That is bad.
VENUS-RALPH-MIKE-DON
    AYE-YI-YI!
UNCLE SHENG
    That's my line you mutant freaks! <Mad look>
ALL 4 TURTLES <Glare at him>
    WHO ARE YOU CALLING FREAKS?!!
SPLINTER
    That's enough my children! <Stops them>
BLACK
    Silence!  No fighting in my office.
 
    That shuts the turtles up quick.  Meantime it's back to the emergency crisis at hand...
 
NINJARA
    So we should head to DisneyLand immediately and intercept the Darkhand before it's too late.  Who knows what kind of damages or injuries they will cause to innocent people if we don't stop them.
JACKIE CHAN
    So what are we waiting for?  Let's go!
SPLINTER
    May GOD be with you on your quest my ninjas.
BLACK
    And good luck, you'll need it.
UNCLE SHENG
    See you when you return home safely.
VENUS
    Have no fear, we will return.
JADE
    We will not fail.
TOHRU
    Death to Valmont and the Darkhand!
ALL 3 TURTLES
    TURTLE POWER DUDES!
 
    The next scene jumps to a hidden runway exiting SECTION 13 and suddenly a twin-engined turboprop ATR-72 plane rises into the skies on its way to Anaheim and DisneyLand to stop the Syndicate and save the Magic Kingdom before all is lost to the forces of evil!!!
