PART 8

We now see Venus, Raphael, Donatello and Tohru next in line to board Splash Mountain in Critter Country but are confused about who's riding with whom.

TOHRU

So who goes with who?

DONATELLO

I haven't a clue sumo giant.

VENUS

I know, I'll ride with Raphael and you and Tohru can ride together.

DONATELLO

That works fine for me. Just follow the rules and no horseplay.

TOHRU

Or we may get escorted out of the park by security.

VENUS

Don't worry about us. We will be careful not to break any rules.

TOHRU

See you at the end and watch out! You'll get wet.

RAPHAEL

Yeah, yeah right. Thanks for the warning.

Tohru and Donnie board their log along with other guests and begin climbing up the chainlift to the start of the ride. Minutes later another log pulls up to the load-unload dock as guests climb out then those in line with Raphael & Venus board themselves. But as the attraction is about to start a loud whooshing sound like rushing wind can be heard and suddenly!!! Black-clad figures materialize from out of nowhere and run towards the front of the line startling the guests & CMs who yell in terror and retreat.

RAPHAEL

Auuuuugh! Not the ShadowKahn again.

VENUS

I'll take care of this wildboy.

Standing up in the log she conjures a fireball and throws it in the direction of the attacking ghost ninjas scattering them like ten-pins. Then she thrusts her hand with finger pointing outwards casting a spell that starts up the controls for the ride itself and the log begins moving up the chainlift. Unfortunately several ShadowKahn spot them escaping and leap or hop-skotch style into another moving log knocking out angry riders who are just exiting the attraction. Unaware of what's taking place behind them Ralph & De Milo prepare themselves for the excitement ahead.

VENUS

I think we got away in time.

RAPHAEL

Right you are shinobi. Up we go.

VENUS

You will get wet on this attraction.

RAPHAEL

I believe that's the whole idea, getting soaked at the end is a perfect way to cool down on a hot day.

Behind them the ShadowKahn close in unseen. One of the ghost ninjas hurls shuriken spikes at the ceiling above the turtles heads causing wooden planks to fall down, just missing them.

VENUS

What-the? <Startled>

RAPHAEL

Who dare fire on us? <Also startled>

Then they both spin around to look back the way they came and GASP! The ghost ninjas are aiming their weapons ready to strike again.

RALPH & VENUS

AAAAAAAAAAAAUGH! <Scream and clutch each other in terror>

Now the log falls down a small drop into the main show building that resembles a southern-style countryside with audio animatronic animals singing the songs from the Disney film "Song Of The South" Raphael & Venus are mesmerized by the sights about them, they forget about the ShadowKahn pursuers until their attackers launch another assault on them...this time with cherry bombs!

VENUS

Look out, here they come again!

RAPHAEL

Heads down into your shells!

Explosions hit the walls & ceiling around & behind them as debris crashes down piling over the ride-path. The ShadowKahn leap clear of their log as it slams into the rubble. But before they can strike again the log containing both turtles and other guests disappears over the BIG drop and plunges down the chute to hit the bottom sending up a huge white spray of water & mist into the faces of the laughing riders onboard including Venus & Raphael.

VENUS & RAPHAEL

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, WE GOT WET! HAHAHAHAHAHAAH!!!

10 minutes later at the exit where CMs standby with "Go To The Front Of The Line" passes for riders who ended up stuck on attractions that broke down suddenly and for unknown reasons we see Jackie, Michaelangelo, Ninjara & Jade waiting for their allies to come out. At that moment Tohru & Donatello emerge from the attraction still laughing and dripping wet with water running down their faces & hair & clothing.

MICHAELANGELO

Yo bro! How was it?

DONATELLO

Excellent! You missed out getting wet.

TOHRU

Yeah, but we got it good, heheheahahaha.

JADE

I can see that Tohru.

JACKIE CHAN

We'll go on it ourselves too. Where's De Milo & Raphael?

NINJARA

Any sign of my boy?

TOHRU

They're coming. But there was a delay after they got started, that's still going on. <He jerks thumb over his shoulder at attraction>

DONATELLO

I wonder what went wrong? Hopefully the ride didn't get stuck.

The show reveals 12 logs backed up with angry, impatient guests waiting for the ShadowKahn to finish clearing away the rubble as messages blare out on the hidden speakers informing the riders to remain seated and Cast Members will be with them shortly. Seconds later the CMs enter the ride to help the guests out of their logs and escort them down the inside of the mountain to the exit and pass out the GO-TO-THE-FRONT-OF-THE-LINE passes to make up for the problems. At the same time the ghost ninjas vanish like smoke or fog.

TOHRU

Yes, something is going on. I can feel it. <Looks curious>

JADE

I thought so, but I hope it has nothing to do with the Syndicate again.

Suddenly out step Venus & Raphael shaking the water off their bodies, wringing their ninja costumes dry and laughing like 2 kids on a first date.

NINJARA

Hi, Ralph. So how was the ride? I see you and De Milo got soaked good.

RAPHAEL

Awesome! Especially at the end where we fell down the BIG drop and hit the bottom with water spraying into our faces.

VENUS

Full of excitement if I do say so myself.

NINJARA

Hehehehehmhmhm...<Giggles> So I see, hahahahaha, ahem. <Stops herself from laughing> Sorry didn't mean to insult you.

RAPHAEL

Yo, it's cool vixen. <Smirks>

VENUS

Same here Ninjara. <Smirks too>

NINJARA

Ok, if you say so. <Grins back>

MICHAELANGELO

So what's the next adventure on the list?

TOHRU

We've already been on 2 big, scarey rides. Therefore I would suggest we take it easy for now before lunch-time. <Checks his watch> It's around 10:30 now.

JACKIE CHAN

Good idea Tohru, unwind and relax. After all we still have the whole day to experience the magic before closing time.

RAPHAEL

I'm all for that.

DONATELLO

I second it brother.

We now see the turtles & humans strolling around the perimeter of DisneyLand or heading back into Main Street, USA to just walk & browse, look around before deciding where to eat...while they walk along they sing "It's A Small World"

TOHRU

It's a world of laughter, a world of tears. It's a world of hopes and a world of fears.

JADE

There's so much that we share that it's time we're aware. It's a small world after all.
